Santong Gas Station in Gulu Town: Highlighting Brand Features Based on Cultural Heritage

该项目位于重庆市巫溪县古路镇高速口旁，其不远处有一国家4A级景区，位置极佳。另外在加油站旁边预建设农产品展销中心、酒店住宿、餐饮等商业服务项目。设计要求突出古色古香的特色，与品牌名字相协调，在控制造价的基础上尽可能的创新创造。

设计与文化密不可分。设计是一种视觉语言，通过视觉形式传达信息。文化则是人类活动的集合体，包括语言、信仰、习俗、艺术等多方面。设计可以吸收和融合不同的文化元素，为油站设计赋予更多的文化内涵和价值。同时，设计也可以促进文化和品牌的传承和推广。

特赞认为打造地方特色，传统文化是一个重要的切入点，它是设计的基础和源泉，不同文化造就不同设计风格的加油站。此站就是我们在这方面的探索。

传统文化亦是我国企业打造高端品牌的制胜利器，从文创、日化，汽车等品牌中皆有体现，而作为公共环境一部分的加油站更是应该注重品牌形象和文化价值。具备文化属性的设计在传播文化的同时也在增强自身的品牌价值。

This project is located beside the expressway exit in Gulu Town, Wuxi County, Chongqing. There is a national 4A-level scenic area not far away, boasting an excellent location. Besides, commercial service projects such as an agricultural products exhibition and sales center, hotel accommodation, and catering are planned to be constructed next to the gas station. The design is required to highlight the quaint and classic features, in harmony with the brand name, and to be as innovative as possible while keeping the construction cost under control.

Design and culture are closely intertwined. Design serves as a visual language, conveying information through visual forms. Culture, on the other hand, is a comprehensive collection of human activities, encompassing aspects like language, beliefs, customs, and art. Design can incorporate and blend various cultural elements, imbuing the gas station design with more profound cultural connotations and values. Meanwhile, design can also facilitate the inheritance and promotion of culture and brands.

Tezan believes that traditional culture is a crucial starting point for creating local characteristics. It is the foundation and wellspring of design. Different cultures give birth to gas stations with diverse design styles. This gas station represents our exploration in this regard.

Traditional culture is also a powerful weapon for Chinese enterprises to build high-end brands, which is evident in brands in fields such as cultural and creative products, daily chemicals, and automobiles. As a part of the public environment, gas stations should place greater emphasis on brand image and cultural value. A design with cultural attributes not only spreads culture but also enhances its own brand value.
